What is a vendor approval process?

A vendor approval process is how an event organizer reviews a vendor before accepting them into an event. Organizers may review the vendor’s products, business category, booth photos, permits, insurance, and available booth space before approving, waitlisting, or denying the application.

Once approved, the vendor may receive instructions for payment, booth setup, arrival times, and event rules.
