Why we launched Vendor Applications
vendorapplication.com is a library of free application templates and the software behind them. Organizers copy a template, publish a link, and collect applications and booth fees in one place instead of across a form builder, a spreadsheet, and a payment app.
Why we made it
We’ve spent the last few years volunteering at vendor markets, helping organizers run events, recruit vendors, and keep applications organized.
And we kept running into the same problem: vendor application forms were boring.
Most organizers were using Google Forms or generic form builders that weren’t made for vendor markets. They worked, but they didn’t feel like something we wanted to send to our vendors.
So we built Vendor Application.
It’s a free vendor application tool that lets organizers create better-looking forms, collect applications, and take booth fees, without wrestling with a generic form builder.
Vendor applications don’t have to look like paperwork from 2009. We’re building something we’d want to use for our own events.
Vendor Applications
Made for Events
Most form builders like Google or Jotform are generic and built for every use case. We built Vendor Applications specifically for organizers who run vendor events and need to collect vendor information, review applications, and charge for booths.
It works perfectly whether you’re organizing a 20-vendor pop-up or a large festival, you can keep your vendor applications organized in one place.
